The KVD (S) WF pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve consists of a pneumatic piston actuator and a fluorine lined plastic butterfly valve, and is a rotary control valve.
This product is powered by compressed air and receives 4-20mA signals (or switch signals) from control instruments. It achieves continuous adjustment (or position control) of the valve through an electric pneumatic valve positioner (or solenoid valve).
The product has good corrosion resistance, high aging resistance, long service life, small flow resistance, large flow capacity and other advantages because the high-pressure injection molding process is used for the inner wall of the valve body and metal valve components in contact with the fluid, and the lining isolation is made of perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) with strong corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
